新型一次性包皮环切吻合器治疗包皮过长和包茎25例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨新型一次性包皮环切吻合器治疗包皮过长和包茎的治疗效果。方法应用一次性包皮环切吻合器，对25例包皮过长或包茎的患者，给予包皮环切术。结果手术均采用包皮环切吻合器完成。手术时间平均约8 min。术后未出现切口大片裂开、血肿形成或迟发大量出血。其中3例病人有少量渗血，行加压包扎2d后出血完全停止；1例有钛钉松动伴有约1.5cm切口裂开，经换药包扎5d后切缘对合平整；余下患者3d后拆除纱布无明显水肿、出血。术后1个月复诊，25例患者切口愈合良好，术后阴茎外观美观。结论新型一次性包皮环切吻合器能将切割和吻合一次完成，微创，手术时间短，患者痛苦小、外形美观，治疗效果好，值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of new disposable circumcision anastomat in the treatment of redundant prepuce. Methods Twenty-five patients with redundant prepucewrapping and phimosis were treated by circumcisiwason using disposable circumcision anastomat. Results All operationwas performed using new disposable circumcision anastomat. Average operation time was about 8 min. No incision split larger and hematoma formation or delayed massive hemorrhage were found in the treated patients. Three patients had a small amount of bleeding and completely stanched the bleeding by row compression bandage for two days. One case with titanium screw loose accompanied about 2 cm incision dehiscence, to change medicine wound 5 days after cutting edge smooth involution, the remaining patients were demolished gauze which has no obvious edema, hemorrhage in three days. After Postoperative, 25 patients with incision healed well, and postoperative penile appearance was beautiful. Conclusion New disposable circumcision anastomat shows some advantages such as cutting line at one time, minimally invasive, short operation time, little pain in patients with small, beautiful, good treatment effect, which merits to be used in clinic.
