摘  要:目的:利用荧光共振能量转移原理和适体分子信标探针技术开发腺苷检测体系。方法:以金纳米粒子作为荧光共振能量转移受体。结果:在最适条件下,腺苷浓度在2.0×10-8~1.8×10-6 mol/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9961),腺苷的检出限为6.0×10-9 mol/L,腺苷测定的回收率分别为97.6%、102.1%、105.8%。结论:将新方法应用于实际尿样中腺苷的检测,与高效液相色谱法比较差异无统计学意义。Objective:A new method for the detection of adenosine has been established by using fluorescence resonance energy transfer and aptamer molecular beacon.Method:Using gold nanoparticles as fluorescence resonance energy transfer recepter.Result:Under the selected condition ,the concentration of adenosine in the range of 2.0×10-8-1.8×10-6 mol/L(r=0.9961).The limit of detection for adenosine was 6.0×10-9 mol/L.The recoveries were 97.6%,102.1%, 105.8%.Conclusion:The present method has been applied to determination of adenosine in real urine samples,and the obtained results were in good agreement with those obtained by the HPLC method.
