摘　　要：对两个具有代表性的国内公共图书馆网上信息咨询服务平台——上海图书馆联合知识导航站和广东省立中山图书馆联合参考咨询和文献传递网的数字参考咨询情况进行了对比分析,揭示了国内公共图书馆网络参考咨询服务存在的问题,包括用户信息咨询意识普遍不高、信息咨询服务体系不完善、缺乏足够的资金投入等,提出了相关的应对措施。This paper makes a comparative analysis on the digital reference of two representative online information service platforms of domestic public libraries, Shanghai Library＇s joint knowledge navigation station and Guangdong Provincial Sun Yat-sen Library＇s collaborative reference and literature transmission network, reveals some problems existing in domestic public libraries＇ network reference services including that users＇ information consciousness is generally not high, information reference service system is not perfect, and the fund input is not enough, etc.,and puts forward the coping measures.
