摘　　要：社区图书馆既可为本社区提供信息服务,又可加强对社区青少年的教育,因此,社区图书馆的建立对于提高人口文化素质、构建学习型和谐社会起着十分重要的作用。以安阳市社区图书馆建设为例,对如何构建运行良好的社区图书馆体系进行了探讨。The community library can not only provide information service for the community but also strengthen the education for community teenagers, so, the construction of community library plays an important role in improving the cultural quality of the population and building a harmonious learning-type society. Taking Anyang City＇s the construction of community library as an example, this paper probes into the problem of how to establish the community library system with good operation.
