摘　　要：高校图书馆档案管理是图书馆工作的重要组成部分。介绍了高校图书馆档案管理与建设的现状,阐述了构建高校图书馆档案管理体系的具体内容,探讨了高校图书馆档案建设中电子目录及数码档案的建立,提出了高校图书馆在施行档案管理体系时应该注意的问题。The archives management in university library is an important part of library work. This paper introduces the current status of college library＇s archives management and construction, expounds the detailed contents of the construction of college library＇ s archives management system, probes into the establishment of the electronic directory and digital archives in the construction of college library＇s archives, and puts forward some problems needing attention in applying college library＇ s archives management system.
