军队医院院前医保费用处理方案与实施

摘　　要：根据医疗保险改革的要求,利用"军卫一号"信息系统,结合医院费用管理实际,改造医院业务流程,进行医疗保险对接系统升级,实施军队医院院前医保费用处理方案。实际应用表明,该方案能规范院前医疗保险费用数据的信息化管理,实现与当地医保中心的信息对接,适应医疗保险制度改革。According to the requirements of medical insurance reform,combined with the actual hospital expenses management,to transform the business process of the hospital with the application of ＂No.1 Military＂,then perform interface system update of medical insurance and implement the processing scheme of pre-hospital medical insurance expenses for military hospital.The practical implementation shows that the scheme can standardize the information management of pre-hospital medical expenses data,realize the interfacing with local medical insurance information centers,and adapt to the reform of medical insurance.
