摘　　要：目的分析非计划再次手术原因,为医院医疗服务质量的评价与改善提供客观依据。方法对某院2012年40例非计划再次手术进行回顾性分析。结果 2012年某院非计划再次手术的发生率为0.55%,术后出血、术中冰冻与病理结果不一致或高度怀疑而需上级医院会诊、切口裂开为其发生的主要原因,分别占55%、13%、10%。结论科室加强围手术期管理,医院将非计划再次手术作为医疗质量管理的重点,严格手术分级管理及再授权制度,降低非计划再次手术的发生率。Objective To analyze the reason of non-planed reoperation,and provide objective basis for the quality evaluation and improvement of medical treatment service of the hospital.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the 40 cases of non-planed reoperation of a hospital in 2012.Result The incidence of non-planed reoperation was 0.55% in this hospital in 2012,the main causes included postoperative bleeding,inconsistent between intraoperative frozen and pathological results which needed consultation and incision dehiscence,the proportion of those were 55%,13% and 55% respectively.Conclusion Our department should strengthen the perioperative management,the hospital should take non-planed reoperation as the focus of the medical quality management,make strict operation grading management and reinvest system,so as to decrease the incidence of non-planed reoperation.
