摘　　要：目的:探讨131I对Graves甲亢治疗中男性性激素及其性功能的影响分析。方法:将2009年1月至2012年10月来我科住院接受131I治疗的Graves甲亢男性患者作为观察对象进行分析,选取60例年龄在24~40岁之间,无长期用药史的患者作为观察组,选取同期来体检的男性60例作为对照组,比较观察组治疗前后甲状腺激素水平及与对照组促性腺激素、性激素进行检测。结果:观察组治疗前较治疗后患者的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2),存在显著性差异(P<0.05);患者治疗后FSH、LH、E2水平逐步趋于正常值水平,较对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:131I对Graves甲亢治疗中患者的性激素水平及性功能有一定的影响,治疗后的患者体内FSH、LH、E2逐步趋于正常值,对于患者的性功能也起到一定的改善作用。Objectives：To investigate the effects of^131 I therapy on male sex hormones and sexual function in the treatment of Graves hyperhyroidism.Method：Sixty patients aged 24 to 40 with Graves hyperthyroidism who came to our hospital between January 2009 and October 2012 were regarded as the observation group.Sixty patients who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were regarded as the control group.Gonadotropin hormone and sex hormones of two groups were compared.Results：Before treatment,the observation group was significantly different from the control group in follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E2）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,patients in the observation group gradually achieved the normal level of FSH,LH,E2,and were not significantly different from the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：131I therapy in the treatment of Graves hyperthyroidism plays a positive role in improving sexual function to a certain extent.After treatment,FSH,LH and E2levels of patients gradually become normal.
