超声造影和彩超在睾丸扭转中的应用研究及治疗后评价

摘　　要：目的:观察超声造影和彩超在睾丸扭转中的应用价值。方法:选取来我院接受治疗的疑似睾丸扭转20例患者,分别用超声造影和彩超对其进行诊断,并与术后病理结果进行对比。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸扭转的最终诊断的灵敏度为100%,准确率为90%;超声造影诊断睾丸扭转的最终诊断的灵敏度为100%,准确率也为100%。结论:超声造影相对于彩超诊断睾丸扭转的准确率更高。Objectives： To observe the application values of contrast- enhanced ultrasound and color- ultrasound in testicular torsion. Method： 20 patients with suspected testicular torsion in our hospital were diagnosed through contrast- enhanced ultrasound and color- ultrasound respectively,and compared with the pathological results after treatment. Results： The sensitivity and accuracy of color doppler in the diagnosis of testicular torsion was 100% and 90% respectively; the sensitivity and accuracy of contrast- enhanced ultrasound was 100% and 100% respectively. Conclusion： Contrast- enhanced ultrasound has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of testicular torsion compared to color- ultrasound.
