韩延华教授应用通因通用法治疗血瘀崩漏

摘　　要：崩漏是妇科的常见病、多发病,好发于女性的青春期及围绝经期,其病因多种多样,血瘀所致崩漏在临床亦为常见。韩延华教授运用通因通用法治疗血瘀崩漏,以祛体内留恋之邪,治疗崩漏之本,以达邪去病除的目的,故方中常用活血化瘀之品,达到祛瘀扶正塞流以止血之功效。Flooding and spotting is a common disease in gynecology,usually happen during females＇ adolescence and perimenopause,it has kinds of pathogeny,blood stasis is the common reason in the clinical. Prof. Han uses treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method treating blood stasis leading flooding and spotting has got the dispelling stasis reinforcing healthy qi to stop blood spotting.
