活血益肾汤结合多孔钽棒植入治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血益肾汤结合多孔钽棒植入治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法将94例100髋股骨头坏死的患者随机分为两组,对照组予骨小梁金属钽棒植入治疗,观察组给予活血益肾汤结合骨小梁金属多孔钽棒植入治疗。随访一年,分别用ficat分期进行影像学评价,用harris髋关节评分进行关节功能评价。结果在影像学方面,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。在harris髋关节评分方面,两组较术前均有改善,但治疗组更为明显,两组间明显差异,具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论益活血益肾汤结合多孔钽棒植入治疗早期股骨头坏死治有明显优势,值得进一步推广。Objective clinical observation on implantation in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head of porous tantalum rod combined with Huoxue Yishen decoction. Methods 94 patients were randomly divided into 100 hip avascular necrosis of the femoral head into 2 groups,the control group was treated with trabecular metal tantalum rod implantation treatment,the observation group was given Huoxue Yishen Decoction Combined with bone trabecular metal tantalum rod implantation. One year of follow-up,respectively Ficat staging imaging evaluation,using the Harris hip score of joint function evaluation. Results in the image,the two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. In the Harris hip score,two groups were significantly improved,but the treatment group was more obvious,obvious differences between the two groups,comparable（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Huoxue Yishen Decoction Combined with porous tantalum rod implantation in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head treatment has obvious advantages,is worthy of further promotion.
