多杀菌素补料发酵工艺的研究

摘　　要：利用30 L及50 L发酵罐,通过控制pH和补料优化多杀菌素发酵工艺,提高多杀菌素的产量。采用优化后的补料发酵工艺,多杀菌素的发酵产量可达1 050μg/mL,较对照575μg/mL提高82%。为多杀菌素的工业化生产提供了依据。The fermentation process was optimized by controlling pH and fed - batch with the 30 L and 50L fermentation tanks in order to increase the production of spinosad. The yield of spinosad reached to1 050 μg/mL by the optimized method, which increased 82% compared with the control group of 575μg/mL. This research provides the basis for the industrial production of spinosad.
