摘　　要：总结了国内转炉负能炼钢现状，分析了实现转炉负能炼钢的要素。重点介绍了首钢实施少渣冶炼工艺（SGRS）中的煤气回收技术突破，提出了整体提高首钢负能炼钢指标和水平的建议。The current situation of steelmaking negative energy is summarized, and the factors of converter negative steelmaking are analyzed. This paper also focuses on the gas recovery technology breakthrough of Shougang SGRS process. Finally, the suggestions of improving Shougang negative energy steelmaking index and level are proposed.
