摘　　要：通过采用铁水预处理-100t转炉精炼-LF炉精炼-RH精炼一板坯连铸工艺，对首秦公司低碳中厚板用钢冶炼过程的洁净度控制进行了研究，成功生产了高品质低碳中厚板坯，钢板非金属夹杂物检验合格率达99％以上，为首秦公司开发高品质钢奠定了基础。The cleanliness control of high quality steels has been studied during the smelting and casting process in low-carbon heavy and medium slab of Shouqin by using the process： Iron predesulphurizing--Basic oxygen furnace of 100 t--Ladle furnace refining--RH refining--Continuous casting. It has achieved the success in making the high quality low-carbon heavy and medium slab, the qualified rate of the non-metallic inclusions testing is more than 99%. It has laid a foundation for the development of the high quality steel.
