烘干温度对镀层钝化膜形貌及耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘  要:在浓度为3.5%的NaCl溶液中,用电化学方法测定了未钝化镀层及钝化后烘干温度分别为270,320℃时镀层的极化曲线。对3种镀层进行96h中性盐雾试验;用扫描电镜对2种钝化镀层表面形貌及成分进行分析。结果表明,在浓度为3.5%的NaCl溶液中,钝化镀层耐腐蚀性能明显优于未钝化镀层;烘干温度过高会导致钝化膜开裂严重,镀层耐腐蚀性能降低。The polarization curves of non-passivating zinc coatings and passivating zinc coatings with the drying temperature at 270℃ and 320℃in 3.5% NaCl solution were measured by electrochemical method. 96h neutral salt spray test on three kinds of coatings was performed. The surface morphologies of two kinds of passivating zinc coatings were observed by SEM and the composition of the coatings were analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of passivating coating was better than non-passivaing coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution. Excessive drying temperature resulted in serious passivating film cracking and reduced corrosion resistance of coatings.
