过敏性鼻炎口服液干预治疗对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察过敏性鼻炎口服液治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响。【方法】将100例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为过敏性鼻炎口服液组(治疗组)和西替利嗪组(对照组),每组50例。分别给予过敏性鼻炎口服液、西替利嗪治疗,疗程均为4周。比较2组患者治疗前后各类症状、总体症状及生活质量总积分的变化情况,并评价其临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组总有效率为88.0%,对照组为86.0%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),表明2组疗效相当。(2)治疗后,2组患者鼻部各类症状、总体症状积分与治疗前相比均有显著改善(P<0.05);且治疗组对鼻部症状喷嚏、流涕及总体症状的改善优于对照组,治疗后2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的生活质量总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】过敏性鼻炎口服液对变应性鼻炎的疗效确切,能改善患者的局部症状和总体症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Allergic Rhinitis Oral Liquid for allergic rhinitis （RA） and also to investigate its effect on the quality of life （QOL） of RA patients. Methods One hundred RA patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Allergic Rhinitis Oral Liquid orally, and the control group was given oral use of cetirizine. Before and after treatment, the scores of nasal symptoms, general symptoms, and QOL were observed. After treatment, the curative effect of both groups was compared. Results （1） The total effective rate was 88.0% in the treatment group and was 86.0% in the control group, and the difference was insignificant （P〉 0.05）, indicating that the two groups had the similar therapeutic effect. （2）After treatment, the scores of nasal symptoms and general symptoms were much improved in both groups as compared with those before treatment （P〈 0.05）, and the relief of sneezing, nasal discharge and general symptoms in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈 0.05） . （3） After treatment, the scores of QOL were markedly decreased in both groups as compared with those before treatment （P〈 0.05）, and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈 0.05） for AR, and shows better effect on ~ Conclusion Allergic Rhinitis Oral Liquid has certain therapeutic effect relieving nasal and general symptoms and on improving QOL than cetirizine.
