骨九方促进闭合性胫骨干骨折愈合疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察骨九方促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。【方法】选择闭合性胫骨干骨折患者75例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例。治疗组在骨折常规治疗的基础上给予骨九方+骨肽片安慰剂治疗,对照组在骨折常规治疗基础上给予骨肽片+骨九方安慰剂治疗,疗程12周。观察2组的综合临床疗效、骨折愈合疗效、骨痂网格量化评定及安全性等。【结果】(1)治疗12周后,治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为94.74%、100.00%,对照组分别为83.78%、100.00%,治疗组的综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗8周后,2组的骨折愈合程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,治疗组的骨折愈合程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)在治疗2周和治疗6周后,2组的骨痂量化评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗8周和治疗12周后,治疗组的骨痂量化评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗期间,2组均未见明显不良反应,具有较好的安全性。【结论】骨九方能有效促进胫骨闭合性骨折愈合,且治疗费用低廉。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Gujiu Prescription on improving the union of closed fracture of shaft of tibia. Methods Seventy-five patients with closed fracture of shaft of tibia were randomized into treatment group （N=38） and control group （N=37） according to the random number. Both groups were given conventional treatment for the fractures. And additionally, the treatment group was given Gujiu Prescription plus Ossotide Tablets placebo, and the control group was given Ossotide Tablets plus Gujiu Prescription placebo. The treatment lasted 12 weeks. The comprehensive therapeutic effect, the union of fracture, bony callus grid quantitation and the safety were observed in both groups. Results （1） After treatment for 12 weeks, the markedly effective rate was 94.74% and the total effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group, and was 83.78%, 100.00% respectively in the control group. The comprehensive therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. （2） After treatment for 8 weeks, the union of the fracture was similar in both groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment for 12 weeks, the union of the fracture in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. （3） On the end of treatment week 2 and 6, the difference of bony callus quantitation was insignificant （P〉O.05）, but on the end of treatment week 8 and 12, the treatment group had better effect on improving the scores of bony callus quantitation （P〈0.05） . （4） During the treatment period, no obvious adverse reaction was found, showing satisfactory safety. Conclusion Gujiu Prescription is effective on improving the union of closed fracture of shaft of tibia, and with the advantage of low medical expenditure, which shows a good perspective for clinical application.
