摘 要:【目的】观察不同经穴(内关、列缺、太渊、大陵、足三里、梁丘、阳陵泉、风市)电针对室性期前收缩(PVB)大鼠心电图、心交感神经和迷走神经放电活动的影响及差异。【方法】选用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,各穴位电针组(分为8个亚组,对应内关、列缺、太渊、大陵、足三里、梁丘、阳陵泉、风市穴)。采用氯化铯静脉注射复制PVB模型,各穴位分别电针5 min,留针10 min,采用电生理学方法记录大鼠心电图、心交感神经和迷走神经放电。【结果】(1)造模后心电图出现典型的PVB表现,心率显著减慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针后各穴位电针组与模型对照组比较,心电图PVB表现消失,心率不同程度恢复,内关组的心率恢复最明显,大陵组次之,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)模型对照组迷走神经放电显著减少、交感神经放电显著增加(P<0.05);各穴位电针组与模型对照组比较,迷走神经放电不同程度地增加,交感神经放电不同程度地减少,以电针内关组对植物神经调节的效应最强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】电针对心植物神经功能影响的差异可能是其抗PVB穴位针效差异的重要原因之一。Objective To observe electroacupuncture (EA) on acupoints of Neiguan, Leique, Taiyuan, Daling, Zusanli, Liangqiu, Yanglingquan and Fengshi in influencing echocardiogram (ECG) , cardiac sympathetic nerve discharging and vagus nerve discharging in rats with premature ventricular beats (PVB) , and to investigate the varieties. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and EA group. EA group was randomly divided into 8 subgroups corresponding to the acupoints of Neiguan, Leique, Taiyuan, Daling, Zusanli, Liangqiu, Yanglingquan and Fengshi. Rat model of PVB was induced by intravenous injection of cesium chloride, and then the model rats were given EA for 5 rain and needle-retaining for 10 rain. Electrophysiological method was adopted for recording ECG and the activities of cardiac sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve. Results (1) After modeling, typical PVB and slow heart beat were showed in the model rats by ECG, the differences being significant in comparison with the normal group (P〈0.05) . PVB disappeared and heart rate increased to various degrees in EA groups. The effect on recovering heart rate was the best in Neiguan EA group, and better in Daling EA group (P〈0.05) . (2) After modeling, cardiac vagus nerve discharging was decreased and sympathetic nerve discharging was increased in the model group (P〈0.05 compared with those in the normal group) . The changes of nerve discharging were counteracted to various degrees after EA on the acupoints, and the counteraction of autonomic nerve discharging was the strongest in Neiguan EA group (P 〈0.05) Conclusion The differences of regulatory effect of acupoint EA on cardiac autonomic nerve may contribute to the varieties of therapeutic effect of acupoint EA on counteracting PYB.
