摘 要:【目的】通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,对采集的8批竹柏叶样品进行醇提物的分析研究,建立竹柏叶的HPLC特征指纹图谱,为其基源鉴定提供方法学依据。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈—体积分数0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,以穗花杉双黄酮为对照品,对竹柏叶的醇提物进行检测分析,并采用国家药典委员会推荐的相似度评价软件对8批次样品进行相似度分析。【结果】共标定竹柏叶的HPLC共有特征峰21个,相似度分析结果显示2、3和6号样品其相关系数(中位数)小于0.95,尤其6号样品,小于0.90,提示各样品具有差异性。【结论】HPLC特征指纹可以显示竹柏叶样品的差异性,可用于竹柏叶的基源鉴定。Objective To establish the fingerprint of leaves of Podocrapus nagi by HPLC, and to provide the methodological basis for the identification of its original plants. Methods Alcohol extracts from 8 batches of Podocrapus nagi leaf samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) technique. HPLC was performed with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase. With amentoflavone as reference substance, the similarities of 8 batches of leaf samples were analyzed with MatLAB fingerprint analysis software recommended by National Pharmacopoeia Committee. Results A total of 21 characteristic peaks of Podocrapus nagi leaves were identified. Similarity analysis results showed that the median correlation coefficient of sample 2, 3 and 6 was less than 0.95, and that of sample 6 was less than 0.90, indicating the diversity of samples. Conclusion HPLC fingerprinting can show the differences of Podocrapus nagi leaves, and can be used for the identification of original plants of Podocrapus nagi leaves.
