摘 要:以喷水织机织造特宽幅遮光面料织造工艺技术为例,重点分析了双经轴重磅宽幅喷水织机的织造方案,探索喷水引纬工艺对生产效率的影响。从组织规格设计和喷水引纬工艺原理对特宽幅喷水织造引纬工艺进行了论述,并通过织造实验对引纬工艺理论进行分析验证。通过对喷水宽幅织造的引纬飞行开始角、水终了角度、水到废边纱角度、纱到废边纱角度、纬纱进入光探口角度等角度的不断尝试与调整,最后得到了合理的工艺参数,使生产效率可以在99%以上。With extra/|wide shading fabric weaving technology of water jet loom as example, this paper analyzes the weaving program of double warp beam,heavy and extra/|wide water jet loom and explores the influence of water jet weft insertion process on production efficiency,discusses weft insertion process of extra/|wide water jet weaving from weaving specification design and principles of water jet weft insertion process,analyzes and verifies the theory of weft insertion process through weaving experiment,and finally obtains reasonable technological parameters making the production efficiency over 99% through constant trial and adjustment of weft insertion flying start angle,water end angle,water to waste yarn angle,yarn to waste yarn angle and the angle of weft yarn entering light port.
