芳砜纶纤维在阻燃家纺产品中的应用

摘　　要：芳砜纶纤维具有阻燃、隔热等出色的热防护性能和良好的染色性能及服用性能,用芳砜纶纤维开发面料和棉絮应用到人们日常生活的家用纺织品中,其除有正常的使用功能外,还有特殊功能。文章介绍芳砜纶纤维的性能及芳砜纶家纺产品的开发,如色织提花面料、手套、围裙、锅垫、靠垫等,这些面料能在火灾等意外发生的时候,用来扑灭小火苗,阻燃、隔热,使人们免受或减少烧烫伤。开发和应用前景广阔。Polysulfonamide has outstanding thermal protection properties such as flame retardance and thermal insulation and good dyeing property and wearability.Fabrics and cotton fiber developed with polysulfonamide are applied in home textiles in peoples daily life.Besides normal use functions,they have special functions.This paper introduces properties of polysulfonamide and the development of polysulfonamide home textiles,such as yarn dyed fabric,gloves,apron,pot holder and cushion for leaning on.These fabrics can be used to put out a fire in the case of accidents such as fire.They have flame retardance and thermal insulation properties and can protect people from burn and scald or reduce burn and scald.They have wide development and application prospect.
