摘 要:目的:观察单独连续蓝光照射、连续蓝光照射联合妈咪爱、多次间歇蓝光照射联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:选取黄疸新生儿150例,随机分为单独连续蓝光照射组(A组)、连续蓝光照射联合妈咪爱组(B组)和多次间歇蓝光照射联合妈咪爱组(C组),每组50例;观察3组患儿的治疗总有效率、不良反应、黄疸消退时间及血清胆红素水平。结果:3组治疗前后血清胆红素水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,B组和C组的总体有效率、黄疸消退时间、血清胆红素水平均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组和C组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连续蓝光照射联合妈咪爱和多次间歇蓝光照射联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效优于单独连续蓝光照射治疗;但连续蓝光照射联合妈咪爱治疗的不良反应发生率明显高于多次间歇蓝光照射联合妈咪爱治疗,临床上应用多次间歇蓝光照射联合妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效和安全性较好。Objective: To observe the curative effects of simple continuous blue light irradiation, continuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac - vita and discontinuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac - vita in treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: A total of 150 neonates with jaundice were randomly divided into group A ( simple continuous blue light irradiation), group B ( contin- uous blue light irradiation combined with medilac -vita) and group C (discontinuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac -vita), 50 neonates in each group; the total effective rates, adverse reactions and serum bilirubin levels in the three groups were observed. Results: There was statistically significant difference in serum bilirubin level among the three groups (P 〈 0.05) . After treatment, the total effective rates, extinction times of jaundice and serum bilirubin levels in group B and group C were statistically significantly better than those in group A (P 〈 0. 05) ; there was statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between group B and group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The curative effects of continuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac - vita and discontinuous blue light irra- diation combined with medilac - vita are better than that of simple continuous blue light irradiation ; but the incidence rate of adverse reac- tions of continuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac - vita is statistically significantly higher than that of discontinuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac -vita; the curative effect and safety of discontinuous blue light irradiation combined with medilac -vita are good in treatment of neonatal jaundice.
