盐酸右美托咪定应用于无痛人工流产术麻醉的可行性及临床效果

摘　　要：目的:对盐酸右美托咪定应用于无痛人工流产(人流)术麻醉的可行性及临床效果的探讨。方法:选取在该院接受无痛人流术的患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组为40例,实验组使用2 ml盐酸右美托咪定+20 ml 1%的丙泊酚+3 ml的阿托品;对照组使用2 ml的生理盐水+20 ml 1%的丙泊酚+3 ml的阿托品,各组都进行静脉注射麻醉,观察两组的疗效。结果:实验组的注射痛发生率(2.50%)、苏醒时间(6.3±1.9)min、丙泊酚的用量(125.7±15.5)mg明显少于对照组的注射痛发生率(27.50%)、苏醒时间(9.7±2.8)min和丙泊酚用量(168.7±26.8)mg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组镇痛优良率(85.00%)明显高于对照组镇痛优良率(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸右美托咪定用在无痛人流术的麻醉上可大大减轻丙泊酚的注射痛、缩短患者术后的苏醒时间及减少丙泊酚的用量,疗效显著。Objective： To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of dexmedetomidine hydroch used for anesthesia of painless a- bortion surgery. Methods： Eighty patients receiving painless abortion surgery in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 patients in each group, the patients in experimental group were treated with dexmedetomidine hydroch （2 ml） plus 1% propofol （20 ml） and atropine （3 ml）, while the patients in control group were treated with normal saline （2 ml） plus 1% propofol （20 ml） and atropine （3 ml） ; intravenous anesthesia was performed in the two groups, the curative effects in the two groups were observed. Results： The incidence rate of injection pain, wake time and the dosage of propofol in experimental group were 2. 50%, （6. 3 ± 1.9） minutes and （125.7 ± 15.5 ） rag, respectively, which were statistically significantly lower thari those in control group [27.50%, （9. 7 ± 2. 8） minutes and （ 168.7± 26. 8） mg] （ P 〈 0. 05） . The excellent and good rate of analgesia in experimental group was 85.00%, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （55.00%） （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Dexmedetomidine hydroch used for anesthesia of painless abortion surgery can effectively relieve injection pain, shorten wake time after operation and reduce the dosage of propofol, and the curative effect is significant.
