摘 要:端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)是一类羟基封端的低分子量遥爪聚合物,由于末端羟基本身较弱的亲核性限制了常规方法对HTPB的改性研究。利用HTPB带有的大量的羟基和双键,通过化学修饰的方法转变为不同的官能团或不同分子结构的液体聚合物,赋于改性后的HTPB不同性能,并拓宽了HTPB的应用领域。阐述了端羟基聚丁二烯的3种改性途径,详细介绍了端官能团转化、双键改性和聚合改性方法及其研究进展。Hydroxy terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) which finds a wide range of applications is a telechelic liquid rubber having low molecular weight polymer of polybutadiene terminated at each end with a hydroxyl functional group. A deficiency of using HTPB is often caused by a weak nucleophilicity of the hydroxyl group at the end, which prevents its incorporation into formulations under commonly used process conditions. HTPB contains a large number of double bonds and hydroxyl end groups which can be utilized to chemically modify into various functional groups such as epoxy, ester,carboxylic acid, urethane methacrylate and amine etc. These modifications could help to improve thermal, mechanical, solubility and oxidative properties. The three modification way of the polybutadiene were elaborated. The end functional group transforms, double bond modification and polymerization modification and so on were introduced in detail , and the corresponding research situation was enumerated.
