摘  要:活性炭具有丰富的孔隙结构、良好的功能缓释性,是一种理想的医药缓释载体。本研究就活性炭载体对医药的吸附缓释作用机理、载体活性炭的类型及其制备方法、孔结构调控方法的国内外研究进展进行了综述。Activated carbon is an ideal carrier for sustained release of pharmaceuticals due to its abundant pore structures,excellent function of sustained release. The domestic and abroad research progress on carbon carriers were reviewed. The medical applications in cancer, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and other medical therapeutics were introduced at first. The mechanism of sustained release was illustrated, and then the classification and preparation methods of carbon carriers were summarized. Finally the controlling techniques of pore structure in carbon carriers were summarized.
