摘 要:基于节能减排的重要性,采用实验的方法制备了1种十六醇与癸酸的低共熔相变材料,该材料的融化温度为25.5℃,潜热为203J·g-1,通过与作为封装基质的粉煤灰进行熔融,得到另一种相变储能材料,测得其熔点为22.7℃,潜热为70.51J·g-1,相变材料在粉煤灰中的质量分数为48%。SEM和比热分析表明,相变材料与粉煤灰有很好的相容性,复合后的相变材料比纯粉煤灰的比热高出1.07倍;经过500次凝固融化循环,其稳定性较好。添加质量分数为6%的石墨后,相变材料的冷凝与融化时间分别减少20%和15%,传热性能得到提高。实际应用测试表明,这种材料能起到很好的隔热保温作用。Based on the importance of energy conservation,the experimental method was adopted to prepare a cetyl alcohol/decylic acid eutectic phase change material.This material melting temperature of 23.2℃,latent heat was 203J· g-1,with fly ash as a package matrix was melted to another phase change material which melting point measured was 22. 7℃,the latent heat was 70.51J·g-1,the mass fraction of the materials in the fly ash was 48%.SEM and the specific thermal analysis showed that the materials and fly ash had good compatibility,the specific heat of the composite was 1.07times higher than that of pure fly ash.After 500cycles,it had a good stability.Adding the mass fraction of 6% graphite,condensation and melting of the materials were reduced by 25%and 44%,the heat transfer performance was improved.The practical application tests showed that this materials can play a very good thermal insulation effect.
