摘  要:基于相变理论,选用聚乙二醇(PEG)作为相变材料,多孔火山岩作为基体,运用真空吸附及环氧包封试验方法,制得PEG/多孔火山岩复合相变材料;采用FTIR、DSC等试验手段分别对PEG/多孔火山岩复合相变材料的储热性能、热稳定性和力学性能进行表征。结果表明:PEG均匀地吸附在火山岩的多孔结构中,平均吸附率为16.17%;经环氧树脂包封后,190℃相变材料不会发生泄漏;PEG、多孔火山岩间没有新物质生成,仅为物理结合;复合相变材料的相变起始温度为41.9℃,相变焓为40.61J/g;导热系数为0.558W/(m·K);压碎值为17.9%。Based on theory of phase transitions,polyethylene glycol(PEG)was chosed as a phase change material, porous volcanic rock as a matrix.The PEG/porous volcanic rock composite phase change material was prepared by vacuum impregnation method,afterwards was encapsulated by a thin layer of cured epoxy resin.Thermal storage properties,thermal stability and mechanical property were characterized by DSC,FTIR and other test methods,respectively.Results showed that:PEG adsorbed on the porous structure of the volcanic rock evenly,the average absorption rate was 16.17%.After the encapsulation by epoxy resin,there was no leakage of melted PEG under 190℃.The physical adsorption and good compatibility were found between PEG and porous volcanic rock,ensuring PEG in composites retained a good phase change performance.Phase change enthalpy and onset temperature of the material were about 40.61J/g and 41.9℃,respectively. Thermal conductivity was 0.558W/(m.K).Crushing value was 17.9%.
