摘 要:通过分步法合成了PMMA-b-PHEA嵌段共聚物,采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米SiO2进行改性,得到活化SiO2,进而在THF溶剂中制备出PMMA-b-PHEA/纳米SiO2复合材料,通过GPC、FTIR、TGA、DTA、SEM等方法对嵌段共聚物以及复合材料的结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明:嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PHEA与活化纳米SiO2形成复合材料,且纳米SiO2粒子在聚合物基体上分散性较好。与嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PHEA相比,复合材料的热稳定性能明显提高。The block copolymer poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-poly(hydroxyethyl acrylate)(PMMA-b-PHEA) was synthesized through two steps.Nano-silica was modified by commercial silane coupling agent KH-570and then,reaction between the modified nano-silica and the block copolymer in THF was carried out.Composition and properties of the polymer and composite were characterized by GPC,FTIR,TGA,DTA and SEM.The results showed that composite materials of block copolymer and modified nano-silica had been formed,nano-silica was dispersed evenly in the matrix.The thermal stability of composite was better than nature block copolymer.
