摘 要:针对目前传统的使用橡胶生产离合器面片存在的一系列问题,研究以替胶FA代替橡胶制备离合器面片。以传统工艺产品作为对比样,研究了产品的摩擦性能及力学性能,同时借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)对产品的形貌及成分进行分析。结果表明本工艺产品性能技术指标不仅符合现行国家标准汽车用离合器面片的技术要求,还具有优异的耐高温性能,在高温350℃时摩擦系数(μ)与磨损率(V)分别为0.34、0.25×10-7cm3/N·m,而对比样μ衰退为0.20、V高至0.43×10-7cm3/N·m。由于使用粘结剂不同,本工艺产品与传统工艺产品的摩擦面结构形貌及组分比例明显不同。本工艺生产产品是可行的,其生产具有节能、降耗、安全、环保、可持续发展等特点,经济效益和社会效益显著。Abstract Concerning the problems in traditional production of clutch facing with rubber, the preparation of clutch facing with FA replacement of rubber was studied. The friction properties and mechanical properties of new technology products were tested and analyzed compared with that of traditional technology, and the images and composition of their wear surfaces were also characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS). The results showed that the new products not only met the specification of existing national standards of clutch fac ings for automobiles,but also they had excellent high-temperature resistance performance. Their coefficient of friction (μ) and wear (V)were respectively 0. 34 and 0.25 × 10 ^-7 cm^3/N · m at 350℃ ,and that of the contrast sample were 0.34 and 0. 25 × 10 ^-7 cm^3/N · m at the same temperature, respectively. The structure and morphology, component proportion of wear surfaces were significantly different between new and traditional technology products because of the use of different binder. The new process was feasible, its production had the advantages of energy saving, consumption reduction, safety, environmental protection, sustainable development etc.
