摘  要:随着SARS、禽流感等传染性疾病的肆虐横行,能够控制和消除生物污染问题的抗菌地板成为市场的热点,强化地板因价廉物美而倍受广大消费者的青睐,因此制备具有持久抗菌作用的强化地板有着非常重要的现实意义。强化地板共分4层:从上到下依次是耐磨纸、木纹纸、装饰纸、高密度纤维板和平衡纸。耐磨纸的主要成份是三聚氰胺、水和Al2O3。含银强化地板的制备是以胶态的水溶性纳米银代替水加入到耐磨纸中,然后与强化地板的其它3层一起在180℃下热压30s成型。结果表明:当处理强化地板的纳米银溶胶的浓度达到20μg/g时,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率超过99.9%,而且该地板在经湿抹布20次擦洗之后,其抗菌活性未见明显下降,显示了良好的持久抗菌活性。With the rampant pandemics of SARS, avian flu and other infectious diseases, the antibacterial floor is becoming a hot market for its controlling and eliminating biological contamination. The laminated flooring receive much of the attention of consumers because of it is cheap, thus preparing a, laminated flooring with long-lasting antibacterial effect has a very important practical significance. Laminated flooring was consisted of four layers:wear-resistant paper, wood grain paper, decorative paper, high-density fiberboard and balance sheet from top to bottom, and the main components of wear-resistant paper were melamine, water and Al2O3. The laminated flooring with silver nanoparticles was prepared by adding water-soluble colloidal nano-silver to the wear-resistant paper instead of water, and then pressing together with the other three layers at 180℃ for 30 seconds. The results showed that the laminated flooring prepared by this method had a sterilization rate to E. coli more than 99.9% when the concentrations of nano-silver sol used for the flooring reached 20 μg/g. In addition, its antibacterial activity did not significantly change even if it was scrubbed 20 times by a wet rag.
