摘　　要：市民幸福指数的提升对心理资本产生积极作用,有利于城市的协调发展。文章梳理了廊坊市一系列提升市民幸福指数的举措,提出了优化城市交通、缩小贫富差距、治理城市污染等进一步提升居民幸福指数的对策。The improvement of resident＇s happiness index has positive effect on psychological capital and the coordinated development of a city. This article analyzes a series of measures taken by Langfang city to improve resident＇s happiness index, and gives countermeasures to further improve resident＇s happiness index, such as optimization city traffic, narrowing the gap between rich and poor and abating city pollution.
