摘　　要：近年来,随着社会的快速发展,社会竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的人患上了职业倦怠病。由于秘书处在领导身边,具有近身、综合、辅助的功能,所以秘书工作具有辅助性、综合性、事务性、潜隐性等特点,较其他职业相比秘书人员更容易患上职业倦怠这一职业病。为此,在调研的基础上深入分析秘书职业倦怠存在的问题及成因,并提出解决秘书职业倦怠的有效方法显得尤为重要,且具有一定的现实意义。In recent years, with the rapid development of society, social competition is more and more intense, more and more people suffer from the disease of job burnout. Due to the secretariat at the side of leadership, with the functions of melee, comprehensive, auxiliary, so the secretary work has the auxiliary, comprehensive, transactional, occult etc, it is more secretarial staff suffer from job burnout than other. So it is important and has practical significance that this article analysis of the problems existing in the secretary job burnout and how it cause, and puts forward the effective way to solve the secretary iob hurnout
