摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是临床上常见的一组以胃肠功能障碍为主的全身性疾病,患者症状重叠现象极为常见。目前多数认为FGIDs与脑—肠轴的异常、胃肠运动障碍、内脏高敏感、精神心理因素及肠道微环境失调等有关。中医认为,"脾主运化"理论在FGIDs中发挥着重要指导作用,临床具体从气血、风湿、五脏相关角度出发,从脾论治FGIDs取得较好效果。Functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs） are a kind of systemic diseases caused by gastrointesti- nal dysfunction and symptoms overlap is very common. At present, most scholars believe that FGIDs are related with abnormal brain-gut axis, gastrointestinal motility disorders, visceral hypersensitivity, psychological factors and intestinal microenvironment disorders. Chinese medicine believes that ＇ spleen governing movement and transformation＇ theory plays an important role in the treatment of FGIDs. Treating FGIDs from the spleen such as qi-blood, wind-damp and five zang viscera has achieved a better efficacy in clinic.
