截断疗法在温病中的应用

摘　　要：截断疗法在外感热病和部分传染性疾病防治中有较好疗效,提出临床应用截断疗法治疗温病应注重病因,强调采用特效方药截断疾病的发展、祛除病原。截断疗法仍以辨证论治和辨病论治为前提,依照辨证或辨病结果及早应用清热解毒、活血化瘀、通下攻腑等方法。同时提出截断疗法不等于一味清热解毒,不可妄投重剂。Truncated therapy is effective in the prevention and control of febrile diseases and infectious diseases. We proposed that the clinical application of truncated therapy should focus on the cause of epidemic warm diseases, use herbs and prescriptions to truncate the development of disease and eliminate pathogens. The TCM syndrome differ- entiation and disease differentiation is a precondition for truncated therapy. The truncated therapy such as clearing heat-toxin, quickening the blood, transforming the stasis and relaxing bowels should be used as soon as possible ac- cording to the results of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation. But truncated therapy does not mean blindly clearing and detoxifying or excessively using heavy formula.
