摘 要:在R404a低温系统中,分别对微通道蒸发器和管翅式蒸发器进行性能测试,对比分析了在800 g、1000 g、1100 g、1200 g、1400 g充注量和393W、493W、593W、693W、793W热负荷下的蒸发器进出口压降变化。研究表明:在同等工况下,随着充注量的增加,微通道蒸发器的进出口压降小于管翅式蒸发器进出口的压降;在充注量为1400g时,两种蒸发器的压降都随着库内热负荷的增大而增大,且微通道蒸发器进出口压降小于同等工况下管翅式蒸发器进出口压降。The performance measurement of microchannel evaporator and fin - tube evaporator were carried on. The charging quantities of 800g, 1000g, 1100g, 1200g, 1400g and the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of evporator with heat load of 393W, 493W, 593W, 6943W, 793W were comparatively analyzed. The sesults show that under the same working condition, with the increase of charging quantity, the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of mierochannel evaporator is less than that of fin -tube evaporator. When the charging quantity is 1300g, the pressure drop of two evaporators elevate with the increase of heat load, and the the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of microchannel evaporator is less than that of fin - tube evporator under the same working condition.
