摘  要:气力输送是颗粒物料流态化技术的具体应用之一,在国内铸造业界已推广了二十余年。但是,对于铸造用砂的气力输送系统而言,仍然没有人着力去研究该系统的动力合理配置问题,这样带来的后果是资源浪费和管件过度磨损。本人试图应用流体力学基本理论,并借鉴其它相关领域气固两相流体管道输送的研究成果,以管道输送阻力为突破口,尝试较合理地解决铸造用砂输送系统的动力配置问题。Pneumatic conveying is one of the specific applications in granular material fluidization technology,and it has been popularized in foundry industry for over twenty years in domestic foundry industry. However,as far as the casting-sand pneumatic conveying system,there is still no study experience in a rational dynamic configuration,which causes resource waste and pipe fitting worn-out. Making use of the fundamental theory of hydrodynamics and the study experience of gas-solid fluidized pipeline conveying in relevant fields,the author tries to give a more rational solution,through the study on pipeline conveying resistance,to the dynamic configuration problem in casting-sand conveying system.
