摘　　要：本文分析了电子政务建设涉及的数据类型,并且进一步对大数据处理背景下,《2012年联合国电子政务调查报告——为民服务的电子政务》中在线服务、通信基础设施、人力资本、电子参与和环境衡量电子政务建设状况等五大指数之间的关系及五个方面的建设进行了思考分析,对电子政务建设研究具有参考意义。This paper analysed the data type of e-government and discussed the relationship of five indexes including online services,development status of telecommunication infrastructure,inherent human capital,environment and electronic participation presented in United Nations E-Government Survey 2012： E-Government for the People,as well as the construction of the five aspects used to measure the level of national e-government under Big Data background.The results would provide a reference for the research of e-government construction.
