摘　　要：本文提出一种基于规则约束的多情景土地分配模型,将城市规划领域内的法律法规提取并概括为一系列规则,加入到现有的用地布局情景模拟过程中。该模型由用地评价子模型、规则约束子模型、用地分配子模型和GIS空间数据库组成。文章以南京市为研究区进行实例验证,通过土地评定和适宜性评价、情景归纳、规则约束和情景模拟等步骤,借助GIS的空间分析功能,生成3种情景下的用地布局模拟方案,并对3种用地布局方案进行了综合分析。This article brought forward a rule-bound based multi-scenario land allocation model,which adds the regulations extracted and generalized from city planning laws in the process of present land distribution simulation.The model comprises of four sub-models—land use evaluation,rule constrain,land allocation and GIS spatial database respectively.Depending on the spatial analysis function of GIS,this paper took Nanjing as the study area,through four steps of the simulation process—assessment and evaluation of land,scenarios summarized,rule constrain and scenario simulation,to summarize three typical scenes of future land use layout,and conduct a comprehensive analysis on the three kinds of land use layout schemas.
