摘　　要：目的：观察超声脉冲电导结合推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合症的疗效。方法：60例第三腰椎横突综合症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用超声脉冲电导结合推拿治疗，对照组采用中频脉冲电治疗结合超短波治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组优良率明显高于对照组（P＆lt;0.01）。结论：超声脉冲电导结合推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合症可显著提高临床治愈率。Objective：To observe the efficacy of ultrasonic pulse conductance combined with manipulation for transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra. Methods： 60 cases of patients with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by ultrasonic pulse conductance combined with manipulation, while the control group by intermediate frequency electric pulse conbined with ultrashort wave, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results：The excel-lent and good rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Ultrasonic pulse conductance combined with ma-nipulation can effectively improve the cured rate of transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra.
