摘  要:以固相烧结莫来石为增强体,制备了莫来石增强磷酸铬铝基复合材料。研究了烧结温度对复合材料的微观结构和性能的影响。采用SEM、XRD、EDS等检测手段对复合材料的物相结构及断面的微观形貌进行分析,使用万能试验机测试其材料的抗折强度,并使用矢量网络分析仪分析材料的介电性能。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,复合材料中莫来石的晶粒依次增大,材料致密度、介电常数增加,抗弯强度增加,但过高的烧结温度下抗弯强度会降低。当烧结温度为1 500℃时,材料的抗弯强度为107 MPa,平均介电常数为3.57。Using mullite as reinforcement,the mullite reinforced aluminum-chromium-phosphate(ACP)matrix composite were prepared by solid-phase sintering.the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of mullite reinforced ACP matrix composite were researched in detail.The structures and fracture surface morphologies of the composites were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS analyses.The flexural property of the composites were tested by a universal testing machine,the dielectric constant were tested by vector network analyzer.The results show that with the sintering temperature increased,the size of mullite grain in the composites increased,meanwhile,the density and dielectric constant of the materials were elevated.the flexural strength increased at the incipient stage.Then,it reduced at higher temperature.when the sintering temperature was 1 500℃,the mechanical properties of the obtained composites are the best,of which the flexural strength was 107MPa and the average dielectric constant was 3.57.
