摘　　要：分析了冷轧钢带黑斑产生的机理,指出了黑斑产生的主要因素。泰钢通过改进气刀进气方式和除油辊结构、控制机械油泄漏、增加中间辊喷射梁等措施,冷轧钢带黑斑缺陷率由1.69%降至0.15%。This article introduces the generating mechanism of the black spot defects on cold rolling steel strip, and points out the factors of its formation. By the measures of improving the inlet of the air knife and the structure of oil removal roll, controlling the machine oil leakage, adding injection beam on the middle roll and so on. Taishan Steel has successful rated the black spot defects on cold rolling steel strip from 1.69% to 0.15%.
