针对性护理干预对精神分裂症患者危险行为的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨精神分裂症患者危险行为针对性护理干预效果。方法：选择2011年5月～2012年4月我院有危险行为的精神分裂症患者87例作研究对象,针对常见危险行为,进行针对性的护理干预。对比干预前后1年内危险行为发生情况。结果：干预后1年患者出走、自伤、伤人、毁物、自杀危险行为发生率明显低于干预前,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针对精神分裂症患者常见危险行为,加强针对性护理干预,可防范不良事件的发生,保障患者安全。Objective： To explore the risk behavior in patients with schizophrenia effect of targeted nursing intervention. Methods： From May 2011 to April 2012 in our hospital dangerous behavior of schizophrenia in 87 cases of patients as the research object,according to the common risk behavior,the line of targeted care intervention,the occurrence rate of the difference between the 1 year before and after the intervention of risk behavior. Results： After intervention 1 year leaving patients,self injury,hurt,and destroy,dutch act risk behaviors were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with schizophrenia of common dangerous behavior,strengthen the pertinence nursing intervention,can prevent the occurrence of adverse events,ensure the safety of patients.
