银离子敷料治疗胃造瘘口感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察银离子敷料治疗胃造瘘口感染的临床效果。方法：选择2010年3月～2013年3月我院收治的42例胃造瘘口感染患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组（常规治疗组）和观察组（银离子敷料组）,比较两组患者的治疗效果、舒适度及治疗肿痛情况等。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率为100%,高于对照组的总有效率（80.95%）,治疗后的舒适度及肿痛评估结果也明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：银离子敷料治疗胃造瘘口感染的临床效果较好,可有效控制感染,减轻肿痛,改善患者的舒适度。Objective： To observe and study the clinical effect of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of patients with the infection of gastric fistula. Methods： 42 patients with the infection of gastric fistula who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（ routine treatment group） and observation group（ ionic silver dressing group）,then the total effective rates, comfort degree,swelling and pain after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates of observation group was respectively higher than the control group,the evaluation results of comfort degree,swelling and pain after the treatment were obviously better than those of control group too,all P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The clinical effect of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of patients with the infection of gastric fistula is better,and it can effectively control the infection reduce swelling and pain and improve the comfort degree of patients.
