摘　　要：目的:探讨基层医院产房管理的有效机制。方法:研究管理策略的内容及实施,分析如何合理利用各种社会资源获得理想的管理效果。结果:通过强化管理,达到了提升综合竞争力的目的。结论:基层医院产房必须重视管理策略,革新技术,改善服务,才能实现产妇、医院、社会的多方共赢。Objective： To discuss the effective mechanism of delivery room management in primary hospital. Methods： To study the content and implementation of management strategies,and analyze how to make rational use of various social resources to get the ideal management effect. Results： After strengthen the management,which can improve the comprehensive competitiveness. Conclusion： The primary hospital managers must pay attention to management strategy,improve skills and service,so as to achieve maternal,hospital and social- win.
