摘 要:通过在养猪场废水中加入絮凝剂和助凝剂,并采用微波辐射的方法,研究了微波辅助絮凝对养猪场废水的前处理效果,考察了单一絮凝、单一微波和絮凝微波联用3种条件下对COD和NH+4-N的去除效果。结果表明,硫酸亚铁是较为合适的絮凝剂,当投加量为50mg/L时,COD和NH+4-N的去除率分别为23.5%和25.1%;投加助凝剂对提高絮凝效果有一定的作用,但并不明显;敏化剂投加量为5g/L、微波辐射时间为30s的条件下,COD和NH+4-N的去除率分别可达到48.4%和25.2%;和单一絮凝、单一微波相比,絮凝微波联用对养猪场废水COD和NH+4-N的去除率提高不是很明显,建议工程中不必联用。In this article,microwave-assisted flocculation process was used to pre-treat piggery wastewater.The single flocculation,single microwave and flocculation combined with microwave process were conducted separately to treat piggery wastewater and the COD and NH+ 4-N removal rate of piggery wastewater was investigated.Experimental results showed that ferrous sulfate(FeSO4)was suitable flocculant,under the FeSO4dosage of 50mg/L,removal efficiency of COD and NH+ 4-N were 23.5%and 25.1%respectively.The coagulant addition had certain positive effect on flocculation,however,the effect was not obvious.Under the conditions of sensitizer concentration of 5g/L and microwave radiation time of 30s,48.4% of COD removal efficiency and 25.2% of NH+ 4-N removal efficiency could be achieved.The performance of flocculation combined with microwave process was not obvious superior to the single flocculation and single microwave method,so it was not suggested to use this process to treat piggery wastewater.
