摘　　要：介绍某超高层建筑桩基3次共12根试桩的多种检测方法的结果,讨论沉渣厚度、桩身完整性、施工工艺、桩端高压注浆等影响桩基质量的因素,分析第三次试桩成功的主要原因,提出软土地区冲孔灌注桩质量控制的措施。The test results of multi-method of 12 piles for a super high-rise building are introduced in this paper. The factors of pile quality affected by sedimentary thickness,pile shaft integrity,construction technique and highpressure grouting are discussed. The main success reason of the third time pile test is analyzed. The quality control measures of punched cast-in-situ in soft soil area are presented.
