摘　　要：目的研究llizarov环形外固定支架在治疗儿童胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效及其评价。方法选取2009年8月～2011年11月期间我院收治的胫腓骨骨折的儿童35例,对其进行llizarov环形外固定支架治疗,随访3个月～1年,记录和分析治疗效果。结果在随访期间,35例患儿全部获得骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间6～8周,2例出现针道口分泌物,经换药后好转。结论 Ilizarov外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折有创伤小、愈合快、功能恢复快、并发症少等特点,在临床上值得推广使用。[ Objectives ] To research and evaluate the clinical curative effect on treating children＇s tibiofibula cataclasis by llizarov annular external fixation. [Methods] From 2009 August to 2011 November, 35 children with tibiofibula cataclasis were treated by llizarov annular external fixation. The curative effect was recorded and analyzed after follow up of 3 months to 1 year. [ Results ] During follow up, tibiofibula cataclasis of all 35 children healed within 6 to 8 weeks. The secretions appearing in the pin crossing of 2 children disappeared after dressing. [ Conclu- sions ] The treatment of children＇s fracture of tibia and fibula by llizarov annular external fixation has many advan- tages, such as, trauma, rapid healing and recovery, fewer complications, and worthy of broad use in clinical practice.
