摘 要:分析了造成轿车及越野车因爆胎而发生侧翻的根本原因,推出一种新型汽车防爆胎安全轮毂的创新设计:即保持传统的汽车轮毂主要结构尺寸不变,轮毂的内轮缘直径与原来一样大,外轮缘直径增大到接近轮胎外径。还从多方面介绍了新型汽车防爆胎安全轮毂的功能和结构特点,分析了这种设计的可行性和合理性,说明了它的实用性和有效性。通过对传统汽车轮毂的改进,解决汽车在高速行驶时突发爆胎所面临的人身和车辆的安全保障问题。The primary cause of car and SUV rollover because of the burst was analyzed in this paper, and a new innovative design of type of car explosion-proof tyre safety wheel was put forward. That is to maintain wheel main structural dimensions of the traditional car, and keep the hub of the inner rim diameter the same as the original large,and make the outer rim diameter increase be near to the outer diameter of the tyre. In this paper, the function and structure of safe wheel about the new car explosionproof tyre was introduced from several aspects, and the feasibility and rationality of the design was analyzed, then the utility and its effectiveness was obtained. By improving the traditional automobile wheel hub, the security problems of persons and vehicles faced by the sudden burst were solved when the car running at high speed.
