摘  要:在一定假设条件下,将每片单电池分成10层,每层看成一个集总参数,利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建了由20片单电池及端板组成的瞬态分层集总参数电堆水热管理模型。采用不同的起动方法使电堆达到低温起动条件,对电堆的低温起动特性进行仿真分析,得到不同低温起动方法的电堆内部温度分布规律和其自身起动的所需时间,为燃料电池电堆低温起动的商业化提供技术支持。On given assumed condition, each cell was divided into ten layers. Each layer was regarded as a lumped parameter. The transient, layered and lumped parameter model of the stack including 20 single cells was built by applying Matlab/Simulink software. The stack's cold start condition was reached by adopting different cold-start methods. The cold-start characteristic of the stack was simulated and analyzed. The distribution principle of the stack interior temperature and the needed cold-start time of different cold-start methods were gained, providing the technical support for the commercialization of the fuel cell stack's cold-start.
