摘  要:为探索光伏并网系统的PSpice仿真方法,以实际课题中两级式光伏并网逆变系统为背景,根据光伏电池的物理数学模型,采用orCAD/PSpice10.5模拟行为模型(ABM)方法建立了光伏阵列仿真模型和光伏并网发电控制器模型,实现了两级式光伏并网逆变系统级仿真,并对光伏并网发电系统受温度、光照影响进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用PSpice可对大型光伏阵列并网发电系统进行较高精度的模拟仿真,基于PSpice ABM建模的光伏并网系统仿真具有实际工程意义,为光伏系统级仿真提供了一种方便有效的仿真方法和手段。In order to explore the PSpice simulation method of grid-connected photovoltaic system, on the background of double-stage grid-connected PV inverter system of the actual project, according to mathematical physics model of grid-connected PV Cell, the simulation model of PV array as well as power controller model of grid-connected PV system was constructed with adoption of orCAD/PSpice10.5 analogy behavioral model(ABM) realizing the double-stage grid-connected photovoltaic system simulate. Grid-connected PV system influenced by intensity of illumination and temperature was simulated. The simulation results show that large PV array grid-connected power system could be simulated to a high approximation degree with PSpice ABM, and simulation of grid-connected PV power system based on PSpice ABM has practical engineering significance, providing an effective and convenient simulation method for PV system simulation.
